		<description>It might not be a great idea to try to conquer too many things at once.I say this only because I understand. We have some stuff/behaviors in common. Even if you don&#039;t drink regularly, it is considered problem drinking when you go overboard every time you do it. I used to be what was called a periodic drunk. Meaning that there would be great stretches of time that I remained sober, but when I drank, look out. I finally came to terms with my life and the pain I was unknowingly numbing. I also have sugar issues which sort of goes hand in hand with alcohol issues. Anyway,sounds like you&#039;re on a solid path to wellness/wholeness in general and that&#039;s excellent. But, give yourself some grace too. Hope that&#039;s not too personal from someone you don&#039;t know.</description>
