Hi Jackie,
Wow, congratulations on how much weight you've lost. It's definitely an accomplishment to lose over 100 pounds, and to keep it up. On top of it, you have a very nice blog and you write very well.
I am starting a social networking website for people who want to lose weight and keep it off, and would be interested in your comments on how blogging has helped you stay motivated. Any thoughts? I'm hoping my site will be able to help others in the same way, even if they're not super writers like you.
The beta site was just released, you can check it out here if you're interested. Weightcircles.com

PS I should also mention that I am currently having twice-weekly massage and acupressure for, amongst other things, a neck that has been sore for years now. So that may also be why I'm experiencing occasional aching when doing crunches.

Thanks, Ben!

My neck doesn't often get sore while crunching, but the way my trainer explains it, some aching is normal when you consider that my head is a heavy ball on the end of a rather narrow neck.

How do you do your crunches? I'll have to hope my trainer doesn't read this and find out she's not pushing me hard enough...

You look fantastic in that picture!

Nice work.

If you're doing 200 crunches, you're probably doing them 30%. I usually max at 36 crunches a session, three sets of 12. If your neck aches, then that means it's absorbing the stress instead of your abs. You shouldn't have a sore neck.
